There is no restriction on the trading of these shares. 50.48% of the Company’s capital is not in public hands. A significant shareholder is Chrisilios Kyriakou (45,000 shares) and a company, Resource Capital Partners, Inc. (14,542,058 shares) controlled by him. The total holdings are 49.88% of the capital. The rights of shareholders may be different to a UK incorporated business.
