Natasa Mining has 19,373,530 ordinary shares on issue, with no shares being held in treasury. There is no restriction on the trading of these shares. 25.2% of the Company’s capital is not in public hands. A significant shareholder is Chrisilios Kyriakou (45,000 shares) and a company, Good Hope Finance and Investment Pty Ltd (4,673,637 shares), controlled by him. The total holdings are 24.35% of the capital. The rights of shareholders may be different to a UK incorporated business.
